Rating Description
- Sound Quality
Sound quality is ok. Voice is just ‘hearable’ and that’s it. You’ll have to strain at times to hear the recipients’ voice. Also transmission delays are present at times.
- Price
The most attractive feature with the package, pricing. Rates are quite cheap, one of the cheapest VOIP providers infact. You pay via PayPal a minimum of $5 so it’s totally safe and private as well.
- Software
Software still needs some patching up. Their website contains a few bugs as well. The webdialer software is simple and easy to use. Logs in immediately. Some bugs that were noticed were call does not ‘end’ when call is engaged.
- Features
As mentioned before Webacall is a simple provider, supports basic features such as text messaging and PC to phone only.
- Connectivity
Connectivity is good. Gets connected immediately. Call is generally not interrupted during sessions.
Overall (3.5/5):
Efficient, simple, cheap VOIP provider.
