Firefox has a great addon called screengrab. You can click and drag a box around what you want to capture.

Very Cool program! Since I don’t have windows vista that comes with a default screenshot editor, I always take my screenshots manually like you did in the past with the Print Screen Button. And after I took it, I usually edited the photos via irfanview for quick editing, but if it needed more advanced editing I would go to Photoshop, hehe.
