Well, i am not aware of any .NET content management systems, however .net is usually more suited to offline desktop applications, in the post i was referring to offline desktop applications as well.

I would not recommend you to make the products to use the .NET framework, since most of the people do not have the .NET framework installed, and when they would want to install your product, and will see that it requires additional software to be installed, they would just look for another product that is capable of doing what your product does.
