A. Apparently the monitor ‘blink’ is caused because each time you right-click it searches for connected TV’s. The only way to remove this would be to remove the ‘play on my:TV’ context menu entry so it wouldn’t search for TV’s when you right-click a video file. You can’t really remove the ‘blink’ proble when you right-click the control panel icon though.
How to remove the Context menu entry:
-Open start>run>’regedit’
-Search for ‘playonmy’
-Delete the keys found.

Great Find! There are a lot of people out there looking for this- but thinking their x1900 is landfill. Anyway, this works great on not only Win 7 x64, but also Windows 2008 Server R2 x64. By the way my gpu is the x1900xt.
