Just following up here, as I said, I’m looking to keep Computer Realm updated once again after quite a long break, I’ve been making the updates I stated in the previous posts over the last few days.
I decided to pick the Passion Duo theme by DailyBlogTips, I was looking for a clean, simple theme with sufficient white space and I guess this theme fits the description. I will also be uploading the previous site template used for Computer Realm Software (which is based on the Langit WordPress theme which was Computer Realm’s previous theme) available for free download shortly.
I’ve also made advertising available, the prices are comparatively very competitive, with CPM’s as low as $0.48. You can find more info on that here. If you have any suggestions, things you’d like to see added on Computer Realm please share it below. I really like the new theme, personally I think it is a big step up from the last one. The only suggestion I would make is, where it says “Archives” for that to be a link to all of the archive history. I have used this plugin before on one of my personal websites, and the plugin is called “clean archives” and can be found at idunzo.com

unfortunately, the plugin is for older versions of wordpress.

Ahh anytime on the feedback, just so you know… I use it on my personal blog that is wordpress 2.7.1 without a problem
So maybe it depends what other plugins you are also using… I am not sure I am not an expert by any means, hehe.
If you do decide to use it… I turn off the “collapse” mode stuff on the options for the plugin, it makes it look much cleaner.

i downloaded this visual theme form a website i trudt and it worked untell i updated windows. is there a patch i can get witch will let me use the themes.

updated windows to? if the theme is reasonably popular you should find support regarding this issue on the theme website. let me know the details and i’ll try help you out.

Download the newest version of the theme and reinstall it. You may have to do this every time you update Windows. I would say the theme is not well written if this happens.

the update program will tell you if you should have it or not. but if it dosnt say anything about it then its ok.
