Sound Quality

Sound quality is good. Transmission delays are present at times. There are breaks in the voice at times which is negligible.

Price

The most attractive feature with the package, pricing. Rates are quite cheap, one of the cheapest VOIP providers’ infact. You pay a ‘voucher’ of a minimum of $5, also vouchers for 10, 25, 50 & 100 dollars are available.

Software

The software features a classic black skin. Lets you add and remove ‘widgets’ based on your needs. The software does contain a few bugs though which is the main negative factor about the service, the applets (phone especially) fail to execute at times.

Features

Globe7 is feature-filled, which is another advantage of the service. Some of the features are its Globe7 TV, videos, games, breaking news, etc.

Connectivity

Connectivity is good. Gets connected immediately. Call is generally not interrupted during sessions.

Other Details:

It formerly provided free credit when a use watches Globe7 TV but the software came with a price. Now, the free calls feature has been removed and the software is now freeware. It also provides SMS at moderate pricing.

They also give you 5 cents for free to test the quality of the conversation.

visit the globe7.com website and download it. the other service i’d recommend is webacall and there’s skype as well of course.

I have downloaded Globe7 and paid first 5 USD by credit card.Acknowledement is received but no credit in account after 12 hrs .What is this ? Credits must reflect immediately to start using.

There is no online support . They can add this on all VOIP to resolve issues immediatly.Also if they add phone to phone call back service it will be a good package.I am using its Radeo and TV for entertainments.

hello, once you make your payment you will receive a unique ID which you need to login to your globe7 account via their website and add, you should be credited with the $5 after adding the ID.
