lately i have been having trouble with windows live messenger, whenever i open it i get the 'sorry for the inconvenience' message in xp which says that windows live has encountered an error and needs to close, now if i close that message, windows live messenger exits too but if i leave it, wlm works perfectly, any ideas how to fix it?

try running an av scan, it could be due to a virus or spyware

thanks!never occurred to me, iran the kaspersky trial and it doesnt happen anymore, thanks again! Cheesy
