Hello

One of the best tools for finding malicious software on your computer. At times if you are running anti virus software they might not remove all types of infected files or missing something so thats when I use Spybot Cheesy

Best of all its free from http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html

i prefer counterspy, ad aware used to be great but the new version takes up too much memory IMO

i still think ad aware is the best choice, counterspy is quite good but ad aware has a higher detection rate, and i don't think it occupies too much memory, even the latest builds.

Well don't think you have caught me out dude, I do indeed have a job and have to work from a laptop and because I work with networks I need to ensure my machine is malware free so that I don't infect my entire network.
