Thanks for the updates, however i was looking forward to and anticipating a change in payment terms as well, the fee for a check was $20, when I mailed you back then regarding this you stated it was because the check needed to be converted to US dollars, with the acquisition by a US company I was hoping this would change as the fees for currency conversion no longer apply. Also, because i am one of the unfortunate users who belong to one of the countries that cannot receive funds via paypal, hope you will look into this as well. Thanks again for bringing adtoll afloat.

Hey all… well things are really happening now! Our new customer service reps are coming up to speed very fast!

We have been working on restoring some of the more basic (yet not so important) functionality on the site such as alexa rank and thumbnail updats. In fact I am running theumbnail updates right now.

Dont know if you guys read the latest blog entry but its worth a read!

Just to followup here…. great news is changes are about to happen! I know its been a tough couple of months and a lot of customers have been left in the lurch …. there are good reasons but its all about to be resolved.

An announcement will be made hopefully this week on the AdToll blog about these changes so stay tuned!

While I a not the owner I am assisting the new team and helping them get back on track. I have also put a plan in place to get new customer service reps trained up and properly responding to support enquiries.

One of the biggest issues is education and training for the new team which is really the reason why things got the way they did.

I assure you things will get back on track!

Even if issues were "temporary" (which I don't think), AdToll should at least answer to emails! It's hard to believe that they will pick up things looking at the current state.
