In the ‘How to customize your blogger Favicon’ post I displayed HTML code in my blog post, generally the code is interpreted as part of the HTML code in the post and produces an error or displays or performs the action the code declares. The code is detected with the Greater (>), less than (<) and quotes (“”) in the code.
You can replace these notations with specific codes so that it would be interpreted as to display as part of the text than considered as HTML code.
You can replace the codes with the following or you can visit Centricle, a free service that automatically performs this for you (just paste the code you want to display on your site and click ‘encode’, then paste it in your blog post).
Performing it manually:
Replace <>
Replace > with >
Replace “ with “
