People are far less 'suspicious' clicking on a link that looks like it is just another page on your site, as opposed to one that is clearly an affiliate URL - hugely long etc. We've just developed a little plugin (URL Rotator) that does something similar to GoCodes, except that it isn't limited to one directory, and you can add .php or .html to the redirect codes as well.
