Adsense Publishers – Do Yourself a Favor

Admit it, we love to check our Adsense earnings every now and again and it can be a real hassle to keep loading that page to check your earnings. So to make things easier for us, SEO Quake has come up with a handy Firefox Addon to display your Adsense earnings by hovering your mouse over the right corner of your status bar.

Unobtrusive and on the right bottom of your Firefox sidebar, MoneyQuake silently gathers your Adsense (and other advertising programs) stats every interval that you specify and displays them whenever you hover your mouse over the word ‘MoneyQuake’ on the status bar. It displays Clicks, Impressions and Earnings for the present day, the previous day and the total so far that month.

As you can see in the screenshot (above) it is very compact and you can make it even compact (below), by clicking the ‘_’ sign on the top right of the interface.

Noticed ‘and other advertising programs’ in brackets in the previous paragraph? That’s right MoneyQuake also supports many other advertising programs but I am only stressing on Adsense because the other supported programs aren’t very popular. The only other popular advertising program it supports is Bidvertiser. Here is a screenshot of the list of the rest of the programs it supports from within the application preferences itself:

You don’t need to worry about your login details, it’s been tested safe or else it wouldn’t be listed in the Firefox Addons page. Login details are stored within Firefox, using Firefox’s ‘Auto complete’ or ‘password remembering’ feature.

You can also add a custom ad system by supplying a name for your custom system and providing a ‘data URL’ along with the usual; user name and password. I haven’t really tested this feature so i am not going to talk anymore about it.

MoneyQuake Custom System

There is also a similar, more popular Addon to display your Adsense Earnings called ‘Adsense Notifier’ but I’ve tried that Addon too and it brought about a few glitches and bugs. MoneyQuake is yet to disappoint me; it has saved a lot of time without having to load the entire Adsense page. All you need to do is place your mouse over the word ‘MoneyQuake’ and you have your stats.

The only time there was an error with the application was when my password was wrong. So please make sure you enter your password correctly as the Addon is not very straight forward with its error messages and you’ll probably think it’s a bug with the system.

Having trouble getting it to work? Leave a comment.

P.S. Sorry IE and other users, Firefox only, convinced to switch to Firefox atleast now? Click here

I’m not going to install this, you want to know why?
I wouldn’t leave it alone, I keep checking my stats enough times without being distracted further.

But it makes checking your stats so much easier, all you have to do is hover your mouse over it and a tiny window pops up with the stats, pretty cool actually, just try it.

Guess you are in luck! you can get it from softpedia though i’m not convinced how well it might work on macs as the rating can get better:
