Basic application which uses graphical command buttons and a menu-based interface. Easily customizable options.

  • Memory usage

Takes a while to load and generally consumes little memory though occasionally may slow down your PC.

As it is virtually just an enhanced version of internet explorer, people prefer to stick with IE 6 or 7 than try out Avant. Nevertheless there are a few loyal users who do use Avant Browser.

As any of the other good browsers available Avant Browser is a free product as well.
